Our factory-trained technicians, project managers and installation crew have a combined trade experience of more than 150 years in all aspects of the heating, cooling, and air quality business. In fact, we have team members who have been working with Key for more than 15 years. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated comfort advisor. About the position : Our Project Managers meet with consumers in their homes and deliver a professional sales presentation aimed at building trust, providing education, and helping homeowners select the best products for their needs and budget. We have a proven sales system in which you can earn six-figures if you have the desire. All leads are pre-qualified. No cold calls. Service replacement leads are available. Job Requirements: General knowledge of residential HVAC systems Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Ability to demonstrate products. Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to develop relationships. Ability to achieve sales goals. Self-motivated Good driving record Experience: Face to face sales and presentation HVAC sales (preferred) General construction knowledge Compensation: Commission based position.
