• Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and industry shifts
• Conduct deep-dive competitive research to position our products effectively
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and uncover new opportunities---- Product & Merchandising Strategy
  • Assist in shaping the category roadmap, defining priorities and launch strategies
  • Track product performance and suggest data-backed improvements
  • Optimize pricing, promotional activities, and product positioning for maximum impact---- Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with marketing, sales, and digital teams to refine the customer journey
    • Work with product development to identify gaps and enhance offerings
    • Support merchandising and digital marketing teams in crafting compelling product narratives---- Performance Analytics & Optimization
      • Analyze KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
      • Forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize stock issues
      • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendationsWhat You Bring------ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
        ------ Proven experience in product/category strategy, product management, or merchandising (B2B preferred)
