Technician – Temp-to-Perm Location: Worcester, MA Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Openings: 7 Job Summary: We are seeking motivated Electronics
Assembly Technicians to join our production team. In this role,
you’ll assemble and test electromechanical components, including
headsets and sub-assemblies, ensuring high-quality standards are
met. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position ideal for
candidates with assembly experience. Responsibilities: Assemble and
test electromechanical components using various tools and equipment
Conduct quality control checks and escalate issues as needed
Perform minor repairs or rework when necessary Maintain a clean and
organized work area and equipment Follow all procedures, safety
protocols, and production schedules Assist with other duties as
assigned Qualifications: Previous assembly experience preferred;
soldering experience a plus (not required) Strong hand dexterity
and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and read
English blueprints/patterns Ability to troubleshoot and perform
minor repairs Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Authorized to
work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must pass background check and
drug screen (THC allowed) Education & Experience: No formal
education required Zero to 1 year of manufacturing experience
desired Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting at a workbench and
performing repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Visual
acuity to inspect products and tools Working Conditions: Some areas
may not be climate controlled Exposure to heat, dust, and general
manufacturing environment Routine walking and movement between
