Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and efficient CDL-A truck drivers who possess the physical and mental stamina to meet the demands of long-haul trucking. Key responsibilities include transporting goods from distribution centers to customer locations, timely communication with operations managers, and ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use. Safely transporting goods to and from various locations ensuring that delivery schedules and routes are adhered to. Performing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspection of the vehicle, including checking oil, water, and tires to ensure road safety standards are met. Reporting any incidents or accidents to a dispatcher in real time. Maintaining a log of working hours or repairs and receipts in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations. Managing routes efficiently while complying with cargo security procedures and transport documentation requirements. Adhering to company policies and procedures relating to cargo loading, cargo weight, and driver safety or legal regulations. Proven ability to operate a tractor-trailer safely in varied weather and traffic conditions. Knowledge of electronic equipment for route management such as GPS devices. Strong time management and customer service skills. Good physical endurance for long hours of operation.
