Job Description Job Description We are working with a
full-service, multi-office law firm seeking an Employee Benefits
Attorney with at least 12 years of experience to join their
Hartford, CT; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA office. The ideal
candidate has at least 12 years of employee benefits experience,
including working with qualified plans, nonqualified plans, and
executive compensation. Experience with drafting plan documents and
amendments and dealing with complex benefits issues associated with
various corporate transactions is required. Candidates also should
have experience advising clients in the following areas: advising
clients in ERISA, qualified pension and 401k plans, 403B, and
health and welfare plans. Top academic credentials and excellent
written and interpersonal skills are required. Attorneys must be
admitted in the state their office is located, or have the ability
to become admitted in that state after hire. Graduation from law
school and practice experience is required. The firm offers a
