Job Description Physical Therapist Position With Residency Level Mentorship Most PTs want to become confident clinicians who can handle complex cases. Very few jobs actually help them get there. Not just CEU credits or extra letters behind your name. All of this happens while being paid at a level comparable to travel PT.
