not just for our patients, but for our team. Were currently seeking
a motivated Physical Therapist for both full-time (~36 clinical
hours/week) and part-time (1025 hours/week) opportunities. At
Crossroads, quality always comes before volume. Follow-up visits
are scheduled every 45 minutes to allow the time needed for
thoughtful care and genuine relationships. Clinicians are also
given protected documentation time to support work-life balance

Implement individualized physical therapy plans of care in
45-minute treatment blocks . Complete documentation efficiently
with time built into your schedule . Engage in continuing education
and professional growth to maintain an active MA PT license. What
Were Looking For DPT required ; outpatient orthopedic experience
preferred. Strong foundation in exercise science personal training
experience a plus. A team player who values communication,
collaboration, and patient-centered care. Comfort using EMR systems
and technology for documentation and communication. Compensation,

1 hour/day of dedicated documentation time built into your
