ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding full-time
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) to support student communication development
within a dynamic school environment in Worcester, MA. This onsite
contract position offers the chance to work closely with
speech-language pathologists and contribute directly to improving
students academic and social success. Key Responsibilities: Assist
licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy
services to students with communication disorders Implement
treatment plans and activities designed to enhance speech,
language, and communication skills Monitor and document student
progress and provide feedback to the supervising therapist
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to
support individualized education programs (IEPs) Maintain
confidentiality and adhere to state and federal guidelines
regarding student information Qualifications: Current
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) state licensure is
required Experience working in educational settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to
supporting students communication needs with professionalism and
