Job Description Job Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language pathology experience required. A rewarding full-time opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support student communication development within a dynamic school environment in Worcester, MA. This onsite contract position offers the chance to work closely with speech-language pathologists and contribute directly to improving students academic and social success. Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services to students with communication disorders Implement treatment plans and activities designed to enhance speech, language, and communication skills Monitor and document student progress and provide feedback to the supervising therapist Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support individualized education programs (IEPs) Maintain confidentiality and adhere to state and federal guidelines regarding student information Qualifications: Current Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) state licensure is required Experience working in educational settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to supporting students communication needs with professionalism and empathy Benefits: Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance Full-time, onsite position with structured contract terms Supportive work environment focused on professional growth and student success This position is ideal for individuals passionate about speech-language pathology and eager to make a positive impact in a school setting.
