Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Occupational Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive support
within a school setting in Worcester, MA. This position involves
traveling between multiple schools to deliver therapy services
aimed at enhancing students' functional abilities and participation
in school activities. Key Responsibilities: Assess students'
physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to develop
individualized therapy plans. Implement therapeutic interventions
that promote fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and
daily living activities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
environment. Maintain accurate documentation of students' progress
and adapt treatment plans as needed. Participate in
multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Required Qualifications
and Experience: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with school-aged children in educational
settings. Ability to travel between multiple school locations
efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work
effectively with students, families, and educational staff.
Knowledge of current best practices in pediatric occupational
therapy. Location: Worcester, MA, with travel to various schools in
the area. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful
