team growth Position Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of
Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient programs, including group
schedule management, budget oversight, admissions, and coordination
of treatment team. Provide clinical supervision to staff, and
coordinate supervision with Clinical Supervisor, as necessary, to
remain in compliance with state licensure Human resource
management, including hiring, staff development, performance
reviews, and addressing employee issues Run weekly team meetings.
Work with AVP and Director of Quality & Compliance to ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements Run groups/meals on the
program schedule, as needed Participate in marketing initiatives
for Atlanta program Requirements: Education, Competencies and
Credentials: Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social
work, or similar discipline. Independent Licensure required MA
License – LMHC/LPC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D. Minimum of five
years’ experience; Higher Level of Care experience preferred
Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is
preferred. Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some
evenings required. The Renfrew Center provides cisgender adolescent
girls and adult women, transgender, and non-binary individuals with
the tools they need to succeed — in recovery and in life. Offering
