registered nurse - call center triage (RN), also called a telephone
triage nurse or a call center nurse, you'll evaluate patients and
provide advice over the phone. Working at a call center or remotely
from home, you'll speak with patients, triage them according to
their health issues, refer them to the appropriate facility or
provide at-home treatment advice. You'll also gather information
and prepare patients for visits. You'll play an essential role in
educating patients, providing moral support and getting them the
care they need. Minimum Requirements - At least 1 year of recent
