Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Newton Center, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,750 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/22/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Home Health Profession: RN Home Health Specialty: RN Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year of Certified Home Care experience License: Current RN license Certifications: Case Management Experience Must-Have: 1 year of Certified Home Care experience 1 year of Case Management Experience Ability to travel to cases as assigned Weekend rotations once every 6 weeks Description: As a Home Health RN, responsibilities include assessing patient conditions. Implementing care plans is also a key duty. Providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families is essential. Patient care is delivered within organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice. Admission processes and case management responsibilities must be performed in accordance with established policies and standards of practice.
