Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis RN to provide quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments. The successful candidate will work closely with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to administer dialysis treatments, manage patient care, and ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout their treatment. Operate and monitor dialysis machines and systems to ensure proper functioning and safety. Prepare patients for dialysis treatment and ensure their comfort during the process. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust dialysis treatments accordingly. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and perform treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on kidney health, dialysis treatment, and lifestyle adjustments. Record detailed patient charts and communicate patient status and treatment plans to a multidisciplinary team. Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to compliance with all health and safety regulations. Skilled in operating dialysis equipment and monitoring patient vitals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
