Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Dialysis RN who specializes in administering dialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing both the technical and medical needs of patients in the dialysis center. This role requires a high attention to detail and an ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care. Set up and operate dialysis machines to provide dialysis treatment for patients Monitor and adjust fluid removal rates in accordance with patient vital signs Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment Administer medications as prescribed by the attending physician Educate patients and their families on end-stage renal disease and dialysis treatment Coordinate with dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatment information in patient charts Implement infection control measures Proficiency with dialysis machines and related software Strong patient assessment skills Ability to respond to emergencies and complications arising from dialysis treatment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of renal diet and fluid restrictions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
