ID: 55458006 Shift: 10H Days Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked Requisition Comments and series, booster, BILH coversheet required - 8 or 10H day shift - 1 year ambulatory experience. Nurse with prior cardiac experience required. Preferred background with heart transplant or VAD device knowledge (but any cardiac background would be helpful). Monday-Friday 8 or 10 hour days, based on preference. Opportunity to potentially take call for off-hours and weekends but this is not required. Major responsibilities include: Triaging patient phone calls and messages for the Heart transplant and VAD team. Collaborating with our nurse practitioners, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams for safe patient management. Addressing outpatient follow-up such as responding to lab results or diagnostic testing results and post-hospitalization discharge review. Coordinating with our administrative team for appointment scheduling. No locals accepted (within 50 mi of the facility) Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission. ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB.
