• Employment Type: Local ContractOccupational Therapist - Outpatient RehabSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/weekNo weekends or major holidays required -Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver occupational therapy services in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
  • Primarily treat patients with orthopedic conditions, with occasional neuro cases
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs and OTs
  • Maintain a productivity goal of 65%, seeing approximately 10-12 patients per day
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Manage time efficiently and adapt to changing schedulesRequirements:
    • Massachusetts OT License (active)
    • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient settingPreferred Qualifications:
      • Experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions
      • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
