in Technology Transformation Program DeliveryYou will be at the
forefront of driving change and innovation within our organization.
Your role involves building and managing the delivery of technology
transformation projects and programs aligned with organizational
strategy to achieve desired outcomes. You will provide assurance to
leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, leading both
technical and non-technical project teams in developing and
implementing technology solutions and infrastructure. This is an

responsibilitiesAs a leader in Technology Transformation Program
Delivery, you will be responsible for the effective management and
delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects, maintaining
focus on quality and risk management. This role involves:
- Providing leadership and direction to teams up to and including
Managers across multiple activities.
- Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve performance
objectives.
- Managing client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects
as needed.
- Travel requirements: Regularly as needed by external
clients.Skills and attributes for successTo thrive, you need a deep
understanding of project and program delivery methods, including
Agile and waterfall, and the ability to solve complex problems
through analysis and best practices. You should also have:
- Strategic vision development for clients' business plans
- Effective communication of strategic visions to clients and
their teams
- Assessment of client business models and identification of new
revenue opportunities
- Collaboration with EY teams across design, architecture,
technology, and services
- Participation in pitches and business development
- Contribution to domain expertise and thought leadership
- Knowledge of industry-specific business and technology
practices
- Willingness to travel based on client needsQualificationsYou
must have:
- Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience working with
Salesforce (Sales, Service, Platform)
- Experience in at least three of the following areas, focusing
on IoT and XaaS: solution architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce,
content management, analytics, cloud delivery, web development,
social media, knowledge management, UX, enterprise data
migration
- 5+ years in platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure,
SharePoint, Dynamics, Salesforce, Sprinklr, Adobe, SiteCore,
WordPress, Hippo, Drupal, GE Proficy, JDA, NetSuite, SAP Hybris,
iOS, Android
- Strong communication, presentation, client service, and
technical writing skills
- Knowledge of best practices, benchmarking, and prior consulting
experience
- Willingness to travelPreferred qualificationsDegree in Computer
Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master's preferred.
