Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Functional Data Engineer with deep expertise in the Life and Annuity insurance industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities, providing tailored technology solutions to improve business processes. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial and technical concepts. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying risks, managing project progress, and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and priorities in the Life and Annuity sector.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of Life Insurance and Annuity products, aligning recommendations with business requirements.
• Identify and leverage technology solutions to enhance business processes and achieve strategic goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Life and Annuity product offerings, and emerging technology solutions.
• Communicate project progress, status updates, and key insights to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project success.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex financial situations.

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the Life and Annuity insurance industry.
