campus. Summary of Responsibilities: The successful candidate will
teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels in
entrepreneurship and innovation and/or related subjects;
participate in service to the E&I Group, D’Amore-McKim School
of Business, Northeastern University, and the discipline; and
develop an appropriate independent research program necessary to
achieve and maintain AACSB qualification as a Scholarly Academic.
Preference will be given to candidates who are qualified to teach
courses related to financing and scaling of start-ups, social
innovation and entrepreneurship, and accelerating corporate
innovation. Teaching Professor teaching in our undergraduate and
graduate programs (60%) research to maintain scholarly academic
status (20%) services to the E&I group, DMSB and the University
(20%) Qualifications: Candidates for Assistant Teaching Professor
must have a doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy
or a closely related field by the appointment start date.
Candidates for appointment at ranks above the entry-level must have
at least 4 years of college teaching and/or professional
experience. Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching
and research, and fostering an environment of belonging for our

Pay Range: Assistant Teaching Professor: $119,000.00 - $140,000.00
| Associate Teaching Professor: $138,000.00 - $182,000.00 With the
pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on
several factors, which may include your education, experience,
location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay
comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
