Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage financial operations
for a dynamic client. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in
multi-entity bookkeeping, reporting, and regulatory compliance,
ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records for all
sales, delivery, and transportation activities. • Oversee accounts
payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and account
reconciliations across multiple entities. • Prepare and submit
detailed reports, including state tax filings and excise tax
compliance. • Reconcile purchases, deliveries, and sales with
vendor invoices and customer billing. • Generate monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. •
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory
agencies as needed. • Identify opportunities for process
improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. • Minimum of 5
years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. • Proficiency in
QuickBooks (Online or Enterprise) and Microsoft Excel. Experience
managing financial operations for multiple entities and high
transaction volumes. • Detail-oriented with exceptional
organizational and analytical skills. • Familiarity with
transportation management or fuel dispatch systems is an advantage.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a
related field is preferred. • Effective communication skills to
collaborate with operations and management teams
