This role involves strategic oversight, effective risk management, and enhancing compliance frameworks across various financial products and services we offer. The Senior Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to uphold our commitment to regulatory standards, ensuring that Fidelity remains a trusted name in financial services. Develop and enforce robust compliance policies and procedures. Oversee the implementation of regulatory changes and ensure alignment with industry standards. Manage and train the compliance team to handle regulatory issues effectively. Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance measures are followed. Serve as the point of contact with federal and state regulators. Prepare and present detailed reports on compliance activities and issues to senior management and external regulators. Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. Strong knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory bodies Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to interpret and implement complex regulatory policies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred Relevant FINRA certifications beneficial
